Payments and Refunds

The fees applicable for the service are published within the site. The prices stated exclude all taxes and charges unless otherwise stated. You’re responsible for any taxes, data charges and internet access fees. PRC reserves the right to change the quoted prices at any time. You must be authorized to use the payment method that you enter and you authorize us to charge you for the service you sign up for while the terms are in force. You must keep all contact information in your account current. If you upgrade your account for additional storage, the fees will be pro-rated to the end of your current term. Subscription renewals are for a 1 year term. You may downgrade your account at renewal provided the storage used does not exceed storage permitted. You may cancel your account by not renewing it at the end of the term. Subscription fees are not refundable. Files you have stored on the site will be available for ninety days at the end of a 1-year trial and for one additional year at the end of a 1-year term.
